BRIDGE MANAGER required to join our academy in our Deep Support team job summary
To manage and work as gatekeeper for The Bridge
To liaise with teachers over suitable subject specific work for students in the Bridge
To plan work for all students in The Bridge - updating lesson plans as required
To provide suitably differentiated work for SEN students in The Bridge
To liaise with other managers, contributing information on students in The Bridge
To understand and comply with statutory guidance regarding safeguarding of children, ensuring the safeguarding and promotion of children's welfare at all times, reporting any concerns to the Designted Safeguarding Officer immediately

Its student population is rapidly growing with numbers leaving in 2019 compared to those joining, increasing by 200%. Behaviour is good with a relentless focus on learning, aspiration and in establishing quality effective relationships between students, staff and the local community.
