Brixington Primary Academy - Mealtime Assistant, 7.5 hours per week (1.5 hours per day over 5 days), term time job summary
The First Federation Trust of multi academy trust of 21 primary schools across Devon and Dorset a looking to recruit a Mealtime Assistant to start as soon as possible at Brixington Primary Academy. The position is for 7.5 hours a week (1.5 hours per day over 5 days), term time only.
We are looking for a warm and caring individual to assist the Head of School as required in order to care for the safety and wellbeing of children during the lunchtime period. You would be part of a committed lunchtime team to help supervise and support the children in the dining hall and playground.
You will be required to assist the children during their mealtime and motivate them in their play, following the school's behaviour guidelines and ensuring the safety of the children at all times.
We are looking for someone who is caring, enthusiastic, inclusive and adaptable to join our dedicated lunchtime team. Experience is not essential but you should have a passion towards children's learning and be able to communicate effectively with both children and adults.
You will have access to the local government pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, and an staff wellbeing Programme.
