What skills and experience we're looking for

Can you provide a professional and effective facilities management service for our academy?

The Estates & Facilities Management team are looking to appoint an experienced Building Services Manager who can confidently communicate with our stakeholders and lead on the delivery of building services to our academy partners.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic self-starter who is used to working in a busy team but with minimal supervision, in the delivery of our estate’s management services.

As a new role the post holder will need to be able to see the ‘bigger picture’ and be solution focused as they will be influential in the evolution of building services across the trust and the ongoing development of associated services.

This includes the use of CAFM software, the procurement and management of planned maintenance contracts, the development and implementation of key processes and systems.

The role will be offered on a hybrid arrangement with part office/part home working with additional travel to our academies (approx. 1 day per week).
