Job summary
GLF Teaching School Hub is looking to appoint a Business Administrator Apprentice to provide a wide range of support to this innovative and fast growing part of the Trust.
Your opportunity
The successful candidate will work with the Teaching School Hub to provide administrative support both day to day and in a strategic capacity to develop new processes and systems. You will support with the marketing of the Teaching School Hub to strengthen and enhance the image and reputation of GLF Schools Teacher Training. The successful candidate will also support with the process of recruiting a high standard of trainee teachers.
The Business Administration Apprentice will maintain and enhance digital campaigns across a variety of online and social media platforms. They will assist with the development of effective communications across the Teaching School Hub, as well as maintaining and driving traffic through the website.
The role will be based at our Trust Office and SCITT Office, The Beacon School in Banstead.

Your Apprenticeship with GLF Schools
You will achieve a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration, which will enable you to understand how to grow a business, and organise resources and people. Your training provider will provide assistance in the technical and competence elements of the job, along with regular support and one to ones. Within your working week, there will be 20% "off the job" training to support you in achieving your apprenticeship.

Contract Type: Fixed Term until end of Apprenticeship
Salary: £8,000 FTE
Pro-Rata Salary: £7,235
Hours: 36 hours a week, 41 weeks of year (term time plus 2 additional weeks)
