About
this Role
Key duties include:
- Member of the school’s Senior Leadership Team
- In conjunction with the Trust's finance team, lead on the school's financial management, plan, prepare, monitor and evaluate budgets and future years budget planning
- Provide a range of financial and budgetary information as required
- Identify and maximise income generation
- Lead on HR, Marketing, School Administration, ICT, Catering, Health & Safety and GDPR
- Manage the site team and in doing so oversee the maintenance of the school site and the buildings
This is a highly visible role in which the successful applicant will
possess natural leadership skills enabling you to get the best from your
team. With previous experience within a school or business environment,
you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
