About this Role

Key duties include:

  • Member of the school’s Senior Leadership Team
  • In conjunction with the Trust's finance team, lead on the school's financial management, plan, prepare, monitor and evaluate budgets and future years budget planning
  • Provide a range of financial and budgetary information as required
  • Identify and maximise income generation
  • Lead on HR, Marketing, School Administration, ICT, Catering, Health & Safety and GDPR
  • Manage the site team and in doing so oversee the maintenance of the school site and the buildings

This is a highly visible role in which the successful applicant will possess natural leadership skills enabling you to get the best from your team. With previous experience within a school or business environment, you will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

We are looking for a person who:

  • Is enthusiastic about what this role and the wider business and office functions can do to support the whole school, and ultimately improve the learning outcomes of the children who attend the school
  • Has a commitment to build positive, respectful relationships with colleagues and pupil
