appoint a suitably qualified, dedicated and forward thinking Business Manager
to play a key role in the further development of the school.
The successful candidate will be
required to:
• be
able to think strategically and play an active part in the Senior Leadership Team
• have
excellent communication, organisational skills and be a competent people
manager
• be
flexible, innovative and have a commitment to excellence
• manage
all matters relating to the school's finances
• be an expert in managing large budgets, negotiating contracts and maximising the earning potential of the school to obtain best value for money
• be
responsible for facilities management including Health & Safety
· • actively seek opportunities for income generation from funding bodies and charities
• oversee
school lettings
• build successful relationships with internal and external partners.
