Business Manager for Rainham Mark Grammar School/RMET Trust CFO job summary
We are seeking to appoint a Business Manager for Rainham Mark Grammar School/RMET Trust CFO who can provide comprehensive management and strategic operational support across all aspects of School/Trust administration, including finance, HR, health and safety, GDPR, marketing and premises. The successful candidate will be an organised individual with the ability to work under pressure with conflicting deadlines and be able to demonstrate a high level of administrative skills including dealing with confidential and sensitive material. They will also have detailed, authoritative knowledge and experience in financial procedure and experience within payroll and accountancy. Have the ability to lead and be part of a team who contributes to ensuring a calm environment. Being able to relate to students would be an advantage.
The successful applicant will be flexible in approach and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Applicants should be computer literate and have worked with MS Word, Outlook and Excel. The ideal candidate will be qualified with a professional qualification in finance and business management.
