What skills and experience we're looking for
Ryecroft Academy are seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Business Manager. This role is of great importance to our work, to ensure the academy makes the best use of resources through effective forward planning and financial consideration, working as part of the Senior Leadership Team and advising the Principal and the governing body on the non-teaching activities of the academy.
The ideal applicant will:
- A Level 4 diploma for school/academy business manager or other relevant Level 4 qualification.
- A comprehensive understanding of office procedures and working practice.
- Knowledge of performance management and appraisal procedures.
- Great communication, time management, organisational and prioritising skills.
- Management experience and the ability to work as part of a team.
