As the Business Operations Manager at Redland Green School, part of the Excalibur Academies Trust, you will play a crucial role in supporting the school's mission to deliver exceptional education to all students. Your dynamic leadership and strategic vision will help shape the future of our school and ensure that our resources are managed effectively to support teaching excellence.

Some of the key responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Vision: Provide dynamic leadership and play a strategic role in establishing the school’s overall vision and direction.
  • Educational and Professional Excellence: Ensure high-quality education for all students and promote professional learning for all staff.
  • Staff and Resource Management: Lead and manage staff and resources to achieve the school’s goals, creating efficiencies and representing support staff.
  • Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the Trust Central Team on financial matters, ensuring financial decisions align with the school's strategic goals.
  • Technology and Innovation: Implement technological improvements to enhance teaching, learning, and business processes.
  • Trust-Wide Projects: Work on improvement projects and share best practices within the Trust.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements and manage critical incidents.
  • HR and Staff Management: Coordinate with the Trust HR team on staff-related matters and implement HR policies.
