Business Support Officer job summary
We are looking to recruit a knowledgeable and committed individual to become a Business Support Officer working in the admin department at All Saints Catholic College.
Applicants must have a sound knowledge of an administration role and be able to handle a variety of tasks quickly, efficiently, and calmly, and be able to work to tight deadlines, having excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills.
The successful candidate will support in various areas across school - please see the context sheet for more information.
You will provide main and student reception duties at times and be responsible for providing a comprehensive and highly efficient customer service including dealing with enquiries from staff, students, parents, and external agencies in a courteous and professional manner.
This role is 35 hours per week during term time. Monday - Friday 9am-4.30pm. You will also work one additional day at the start of September, to attend whole school training.
