37 Hours per week, 43 Weeks per annum (Term time only plus 4 weeks)

Caldmore Primary Academy are looking to appoint a Campus Manager to ensure a seamless facilities management service. This will include proactively managing the facilities management functions on site, overseeing the day-to-day operations, acting as the Academy’s health and safety and fire officer and ensuring that the service not only meets but exceeds the needs of the Academy. You will oversee and line manage a site supervisor at another ATT Academy and provide occasional cover at this Academy for annual leave/sickness e.g. locking up.

The successful candidate will join an academy which is dynamic and inspiring; creating a culture of outstanding success amongst our students. To succeed, you will have relevant qualifications in Facilities Management or a related field and Health and Safety certification e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH. Proven experience in managing facilities within an education or similar environment is essential. We are keen to secure a committed and flexible Campus Manager who can make a telling contribution to our team. The department is part of a well led, mutually supportive team and the appointed candidate will work collaboratively with colleagues and will be supported by our Director of Estates and a strong SLT.
