Care Team job summary

***Congratulations on taking the first step towards a brilliant new career. ***

Our school is proud to offer a supportive team; high quality personalised training and an opportunity to work with utterly fabulous children!

About this Role

We are offering exciting pastoral opportunities for committed individuals to join a highly specialised team who provide support for children and young people in our care. These roles are ideal for anyone looking for a fresh challenge in an inspiring learning environment where we provide children with a ‘second chance’.

The post will suit candidates who have the commitment, passion and resilience to make a difference to pupils who have a range of social, emotional, mental health and special educational needs. The successful candidates will be given the unique opportunity to engage in a high level of professional development offered by the trust.

Whilst the role can be challenging, it can also be incredibly rewarding, giving you the opportunity to make a significant difference to the lives of our pupils. There will be the opportunity for in-house training so we are looking for candidates with the correct mindset to work hard to become part of a specialist pastoral team.

As a growing school we anticipate that for the right candidate there will be opportunities for career progression over the next few years.  We are very willing to train and invest in the right person, so please don’t think that you have to be the ‘finished article’ in order to apply.
