About this Role

We are offering exciting pastoral opportunities for committed individuals to join a highly specialised team who provide support for children and young people in our care. These roles are ideal for anyone looking for a fresh challenge in an inspiring learning environment where we provide children with a ‘second chance’. 

The post will suit candidates who have the commitment, passion and resilience to make a difference to pupils who have a range of social, emotional, mental health and special educational needs. The successful candidates will be given the unique opportunity to engage in a high level of professional development offered by the trust.

Whilst the role can be challenging, it can also be incredibly rewarding, giving you the opportunity to make a significant difference to the lives of our pupils. There will be the opportunity for in-house training so we are looking for candidates with the correct mindset to work hard to become part of a specialist pastoral team.
