Careers Administration Officer
Term time and whole time working options available

As our Careers Administration Officer, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of careers programmes across our 3 secondary schools. Working closely with the Careers Leads, and external partners, you will ensure that students have access to high-quality careers information, advice, and guidance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organising work experience placements and employer engagement activities
  • Managing careers-related events such as careers fairs, mock interviews, and guest speaker visits
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of careers guidance and student destinations
  • Liaising with local training providers, and employers

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Is confident communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including students, parents, and employers
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Is passionate about supporting young people’s aspirations and achievements
  • Has experience in a school or careers-related environment (desirable but not essential)

Please note that we operate a probationary period of 6 months across all jobs in the Trust (see attached policy for further details). You will receive a comprehensive induction to support you to successfully pass your probation
