Careers Adviser
37 hrs per week, Term Time plus 2 weeks
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate Careers Advisor to further enhance and develop our role as a regional careers hub lead school.
Lyng Hall has an outstanding careers programme that has been both locally and nationally recognised for its inspirational and pioneering work.
The successful candidate will provide impartial careers information, advice and guidance to students, and support staff to deliver careers opportunities across the curriculum. As well as the appropriate qualifications and experience, you will have
excellent communication skills, the ability to work within a team, and, the initiative to work alone.
Lyng Hall is part of the Finham Park Multi Academy Trust, which currently comprises three secondary schools and two primary school. There are opportunities for staff to collaborate across the MAT.
We have developed a national and international reputation for our pioneering work to raise standards and ensure that all students, especially the most vulnerable, are able to achieve their full potential. Lyng Hall was the first school to achieve the Achievement for All Quality Mark and Lead School status.
