Careers Advisor job summary
Permanent, Term Time position plus 5 staff development days.
18 hours a week.
We have an exciting opening for a Careers Advisor to join the School.
Can you inspire and motivate young people towards making positive steps in the direction of fulfilling their ambitions? Can you organise events and build strong working relationships with businesses and higher education institutions? If so, this is a fantastic opportunity for you.
The Careers Advisor will offer support to students in making decisions regarding their education, training and work options.
The successful candidate will:
• Ideally be an experienced Careers Advisor or willing to undertake a Careers Guidance Qualification.
• Be professional, friendly and a good role model for pupils.
• Have strong administrative skills, especially around data management.
