- Offer good
quality, impartial careers guidance that helps young people to progress
and empowers them to plan and manage their own futures.
to the needs of each individual and supports them in their career pathway.
comprehensive information and advice to students and staff on available opportunities.
aspirations and actively promote all opportunities and challenges
with the work experience co-ordinator.
Ideally candidates will have knowledge of the
Gatsby Benchmark, however training could be possible for the right applicant.
person we are looking for should ideally:
experience of delivering Careers guidance/advice to young people.
a creative, hardworking, lateral thinker.
excellent personal organisational skills.
a very good team worker with the capacity to build relationships at all
levels across the organisation.
committed to the broader education of young people.
ICT skills to a high level
- Possess relevant qualifications/professional development.
