The Wells Academy are looking for Careers Lead (non-teaching) to lead the Careers programme at Wells Academy on its transformational journey to greatness. The successful candidate will be a key part in ensuring that our students experience a world class careers curriculum and go on to be successful in securing further education, training or support.  

The successful candidate must be passionate about providing guidance to pupils, hold a Level 6 qualification, or have significant experience in careers guidance and be willing to work towards becoming Level 6 qualified. A working knowledge of Careers Education, using Compass Plus and Work Experience processes in school is also desirable. 

Working as part of the Greenwood Academies Trust MAT you will be fully supported to develop and deliver a truly outstanding careers provision.

This role is a 52 week contract, however there will be the ability to work from home in the school holidays where agreed by your manager.
