Are you passionate about guiding young minds towards their future careers? Do you have a knack for inspiring students and helping them navigate their educational and vocational pathways?
If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Careers Leader to join our team. This is an exciting role where you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of students by providing comprehensive careers guidance and support.
The successful candidate should be an ambitious, flexible, and committed Careers Lead who will take charge of our careers education, information, advice, and guidance services across the school. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the lives of our students by developing and leading the School’s Careers Strategy and Policy. A QCF level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development is desirable, but we would support the right candidate to gain this qualification.
