Caretaker job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join our primary school as our Caretaker. Predominately, you will carry out site maintenance duties, with some cleaning duties, in order to ensure safe learning environment for our children.
The successful candidate will:
- Be proactive in maintaining the school site
- Work together with other members of staff, both at Chesterton and across the Trust
- Be organised and able to follow a schedule
- Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude

Working Pattern
Monday to Friday; 1-6pm, 5 hours a day, 25 hours per week; 52 weeks a year
Chesterton Primary School is part of The Active Learning Trust: www.activelearningtrust.org The site teams work closely together across the Trust, supported by the Head of Estates.
