Caretaker/Maintenance Supervisor job summary

Under the supervision of the Site Manager, you will support the Trust team to manage and improve estate team activities and facilities. You will support the Site Manager to undertake and coordinate general maintenance activities including small maintenance works and larger work projects. You will undertake daily caretaking activities and planned preventative maintenance checks to facilitate the safe and functional operation of Trust schools.

37 hours per week, full year

April to October - alternate weeks 5am to 1pm/10am to 6pm

November to March - 5am to 10am/3pm to 6pm (split shifts)
