Malvern Wyche C of E Primary is a small, semi-rural school just outside Great Malvern, serving the village of Wyche and its surroundings.

We have an inclusive and warm ethos coupled with high expectations which lead to high academic standards. With a backdrop of the Malvern Hills and views out over the Severn Valley as far as Bredon Hill, it's a wonderful place to work and learn.

We have an intake of 20 children organised as 5 classes: 4 mixed-age classes of 30 pupils and one Year 6 class of 20.

We are committed to an exciting, engaging and hands-on curriculum and to excellence in teaching and learning. Our ethos is rooted in personal growth through authentic experiences, independence and mutual respect. As a Voluntary Controlled C of E Church School, we care deeply for our pupil’s spiritual welfare and have a close relationship with All Saint's Church, which is right next door.

We are an Ofsted and SIAMS Good School. At Oftsed's most recent inspection (Feb 2020) they reported that "Pupils flourish socially, academically and emotionally in this small and caring school." and that they "thrive on the range of unique and exciting opportunities provided".

Come and be a part of the adventure.

We are an equal opportunities employer which values diversity and believes that everyone has the potential to contribute regardless of their protected characteristics. We welcome applications from suitably qualified candidates of all backgrounds.
