Salary: Grade F – FTE: £23,893 to £24,294 Actual Salary: £18,81103 - £19,126.74

Hours: Monday to Friday 7.00am to 2.30pm – with one hour break

32.5 hours per week, term time with two weeks and one day training

We are looking for someone to start in September 2024, working together as part of a team, with sound general DIY skills to be responsible for keeping our school clean, well maintained and with an ability to carry out grounds maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the work of the cleaning staff and co-ordinating third party contractors. Some work may need to be carried out of doors and in wet weather.

There is also an option to take on additional hours as key holder to lock up after lettings. This will be paid on a Grade B £11.59 per hour – currently two hours per week Monday at 8.30pm and Thursday at 8.00pm. This role is 52 weeks per year with 4 weeks holiday which is bookable in advance with the School Business Manager.
