Caretaker with Cleaner duties job summary
Shrewton CE Primary Academy are seeking a Caretaker with Cleaner duties who is highly motivated to join our team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the school team; meeting new challenges and supporting the team. Children are at the heart of our community and the center of all our decision making.
This will be a wide and varied role with cleaning tasks as well as small jobs around the school site. There will be 2 weeks out of school time to complete deep cleaning in the summer. Hours will be 3.30pm - 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, 40 weeks per year.
The applicant will also be a key holder and responsible for locking up the school in the evenings, and opening and closing the school at pre- arranged events.
We are a Church of England Primary school set in the heart of Shrewton village. Rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted in February 2020 and pride ourselves on delivering a broad and balanced curriculum to all our pupils.
