Casual Midday Assistant - Geoffrey Field Junior School job summary
We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic midday assistant to join our team to cover our busy lunchtime between 12:15pm -1:30pm as and when required working a 1¼ hour shift. You will be given full training.
Geoffrey Field Junior School (GFJS) is a well-established and popular school at the heart of the local community.
You must enjoy working with children, encourage pupils to engage in activities and help ensure that children’s lunchtimes are enjoyable and safe.
Our midday assistants are an essential part of our wider school community and play a key role in supporting the wellbeing of our pupils.
Flexibility is important as this position provides cover in the absence of other lunchtime controllers, often at short notice.
