Our size undoubtedly helps to create a strong feeling of togetherness that contributes to the ease of relationships between students, parents/ carers and staff.
About the role
To be available to cover for teaching staff – on a casual basis – for ad hoc or longer term absence.
Work collaboratively with members of the academic team to ensure high quality provision and outcomes for students.
To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students and to support a designated curriculum area as appropriate.Monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a teacher/Form Tutor.To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential.Contribute to raising standards of student attainment.To share and support the school’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth.
This is a casual role

M1 - M6 FTE £25,714 - £36,961 per annum

Who we are looking for
- Qualified Teacher Status, including NQT• Evidence of recent professional development or in-service training• Degree or equivalent professional qualification
- Experience of raising levels of achievement and attainment• Effective use of data to inform planning• Experience of lesson planning and effective assessment for learning
