We are seeking a dedicated, organised and passionate Catering Assistant to join our well established catering team.

As Catering Assistant you would play a key role in supporting the Catering Manager in the provision of high quality, wholesome and nutritious food for students, staff, visitors and external customers in a safe and welcoming environment.

The role is being offered working 27.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (school term time plus 1 week).

In order to succeed in this role you will;

  • Hold Level 2 in Food Hygiene or a willingness to take and pass the course
  • Be reliable, flexible and a team player
  • Have the ability to cope with pressure and prioritise tasks accordingly to meet all deadlines
  • Be able to follow all safe working practices and procedures
