What skills and experience we're looking for

The Initial Teacher Training & Early Career Framework Business Support Officer will be responsible for administering all aspects of the LiHT Teacher Training and Early Career Framework delivery. This will involve providing high level administrative and project support for the ITT Partner Lead and the wider ITT and ECF team. It will also include providing administrative support for Professional Tutors and Visiting Fellows.

As this a new role due to the Trust becoming a ITT training provider from January 2025, there will be opportunities to develop systems and processes that support all areas of trainee recruitment, selection and induction, including developing new and creative marketing materials to attract applicants to join the programmes.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a good team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Is self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Has previous experience in an administrative role
  • Has excellent IT skills
  • Has excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Has strong organisational and time management skills
  • Has a welcoming personality and the ability to meet and greet at events
