Chief Executive Officer job summary
Our CEO will retire at the end of this year and Trustees are seeking to employ an outstanding strategic leader to develop the Trust in a rapidly changing educational environment.
Our new CEO will be an enthusiastic, professional and highly motivated individual with a clear understanding of how excellent leadership enables exceptional education. The successful candidate will already be a senior leader who is innovative, hardworking, passionate, supportive and open to new ideas. Candidates must have experience of strategic leadership in the education sector and must have worked in a multi-school environment, preferably a Multi-Academy Trust. Candidates will already have made a positive impact on their students’ learning and will have a firm commitment to maintaining high standards.
