What skills and experience we're looking for
Are you an experienced educationalist who is passionate about providing first-class education? Are you an ambitious, driven individual who can help grow and transform our Trust into a centre of excellence?
Due to the retirement of our EO, Clive Corbett, the board of trustees is looking to appoint an exceptional and strategic leader who can move the Trust into it’s next phase of growth. They are looking for an individual who is inspiring, empowering, and motivating, that can be an ambassador for the Trust and embed it’s vision, values and ethos into its culture, and the culture of it’s associated members.
As CEO, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of future growth, strategic planning and implementation, the embedding of our values into the trust and its associated members culture as well as the educational, organisational and financial performance of the Trust. You will be supported by an engaged and dedicated board of trustees, a central team and our four headteachers.
We are looking for:
Passionate leaders with experience leading multiple schools ideally within a Trust setting.
Talented strategists with demonstrable experience of school improvement in primary and secondary settings.
Motivating influencers who have proven success in building successful teams.
Experienced educationalists with a track record of their commitment to education and of raising educational standards.
Confident, resilient individuals who are skilled in change management, utilising exceptional communication skills to inspire, collaborate and motivate.
The successful candidate will be aligned to our vision and values and be able to demonstrate how they implement them within their employment.
