Chief Operating Officer job summary
Gatehouse Green Learning Trust is a recently established partnership of schools across Bristol consisting of two secondary schools and three primary schools. We have over 3500 pupils and approximately 400 staff.
We are in a crucial and exciting stage of our development and now looking to appoint an ambitious, experienced Chief Operating Officer or Senior Operations Manager to be an integral part of our journey.
Working directly to the CEO of the Trust, the successful candidate will be the cornerstone of a stronger Executive that is being put in place by the Board of Trustees to take GGLT to the next stage of its development. The COO will have the opportunity to make significant and sustained impact on our Trust and the community in which it sits by leading a transformation programme across the suite of central service functions; Estates, IT, Finance, HR and Governance.
To be successful, you will be an inspirational leader of people with a willingness to fully embrace GGLT Vision and Values, together with a track record of successfully managing the operations of a multi-functional team at senior level.
This role will suit professionals from one of the above disciplines, with a high level of personal credibility and demonstrable experience in implementing a strategic vision. If this is you, we look forward to hearing from you.
