We are looking to appoint someone who:

  • Is enthusiastic, approachable and friendly
  • Ensures all children feel safe, happy and able to learn
  • Has an understanding of the curriculum and pastoral needs of primary aged children
  • Is able to deliver high quality first teaching
  • Is confident in using a range of behaviour management strategies
  • Has experience of effective subject leadership across the primary age range
  • Has the ability to work effectively, flexibly and independently and above all is a committed team member
  • Is supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school

Following asuccessful Ofsted inspection in March 2023, parents and carers could not speak more highly of our school, with one parent, typical of many, commenting ‘The staff and school are wonderful, and everyone contributes to the community feel of this school.’ Staff ensure that they check of pupil’s well-being every morning and pupils enjoy school and the know that staff care for them.
