Class Teacher job summary
Twydall Primary School is a vibrant and inclusive primary school dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our pupils. We are seeking a passionate and qualified teacher who will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to pupils at our school. You will foster a positive classroom environment and collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of the children
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Promote a love of learning
Assess and monitor pupil progress
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong classroom management skills
Outstanding classroom practice and a commitment to ensuring the best possible outcomes for children
Have a passion for inclusion and an understanding of a range of behaviours and needs
Able to use own initiative, creativity and innovative ideas to motivate and inspire children
Ability to establish positive working relationships with colleagues, parents/carers and children
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to continuous professional development
