The successful candidate will:

  • Effectively deliver an inspiring curriculum, to a class of 30 pupils, initially in Year 1 but flexible to work across the academy.

  • Ensure that pupils make excellent progress in relation to national expectations.

  • Contribute to the strong Catholic ethos of our academy.

  • Meet pupils’ spiritual, moral, social and cultural needs as well as their pastoral and welfare needs.

  • Work in partnership with pupils, staff, parents, representatives, directors and primary MAC partners.

  • Have subject coordinator responsibilities and be an aspirational leader wishing to develop their leadership skills.

Our teachers are employed under the terms and conditions for Teachers and we continue to be part of the Teachers’ Pension Agency.
