What skills and experience we're looking for
Qualified teacher status
Educated to degree level
Experience of working with pupils with a range of complex needs is desirable
Experience of monitoring, evaluating and improving the quality of teaching and learning in a special school
A clear vision and passion for the future for pupils with SEN
Planned and organised approach to workload
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
