Class Teacher
Pickwick Academy Trust would like to recruit full-time Class Teacher, based at Greentrees Primary School on a maternity cover.
This is a maternity cover and is likely to last approximately 12 months. It will cease when the post holder returns to duty or if they do not return when a permanent appointment is made to the post.
The salary offered will be between MPS1 £30,000 and MPS6 £41,333 per annum pro rata, depending on experience.
Greentrees Primary School is a two site two form entry Primary School with a 12 place Resource Base. The school is situated on the outskirts of Salisbury. The school was judged as Outstanding in its last inspection in March 2015.
The school has strong international links and has an enquiry led skills based broad and balanced curriculum. The school prides itself on its behaviour. It is also committed to teaching children how they learn as well as the content of the curriculum. The school uses Guy Claxton’s 4 Rs of Learning and Carol Dweck’s Growth Mindset model to achieve this.

The selection process will include a lesson observation and a formal interview.
