What skills and experience we're looking for
* A teacher with a track record of outstanding classroom practice, or potential to have, and of innovative curriculum development
* Ability to maintain a positive school ethos with a focus on high achievement for all
* An awareness and understanding of recent educational developments in teaching and learning, and leading and management
* Commitment to working as part of a team, encouraging others to develop their leadership skills and to deal sensitively with others
* The ability to establish excellent and productive working relationships with a wide range of people including pupils, parents, colleagues, governors, secondary schools and the community
*Ability to communicate effectively (orally and in writing) with all stakeholders
