What skills and experience we're looking for
- Honors degree & Qualified Teacher Status
- Knowledge and understanding of Special Educational Needs
- To provide a high-quality educational experience for all pupils
- To teach classes / groups of pupils ensuring that planning, preparation, recording, assessment and reporting meet their complex learning, personal and social needs.
- Maintain positive ethos and core values of the school
- Contribute to constructive team building amongst teaching staff, non-teaching staff, parents and carers.
- Experience of monitoring, evaluating & improving the quality of teaching and learning
- An understanding of the Ofsted framework
- Ability to work effectively with other services
- Ability to develop & support innovative ideas in a school environment
