What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Honors degree & Qualified Teacher Status
  • Knowledge and understanding of Special Educational Needs
  • To provide a high-quality educational experience for all pupils
  • To teach classes / groups of pupils ensuring that planning, preparation, recording, assessment and reporting meet their complex learning, personal and social needs.
  • Maintain positive ethos and core values of the school
  • Contribute to constructive team building amongst teaching staff, non-teaching staff, parents and carers.
  • Experience of monitoring, evaluating & improving the quality of teaching and learning
  • An understanding of the Ofsted framework
  • Ability to work effectively with other services
  • Ability to develop & support innovative ideas in a school environment
