About the role:
Ark Blacklands is looking to recruit exceptional Class Teachers for a September 2024 start, with both a permanent and a fixed term position available. We welcome applications from both ECTs and more experienced teachers who are looking for the next step in their careers. A TLR allowance may be available for the right candidate to take responsibility for allocated aspects of our curriculum.

Ark Blacklands Primary Academy is a popular and over-subscribed school in the heart of Hastings. It was graded as ‘Outstanding’ in 2023 in all areas by Ofsted and has a proven track record of raising standards for its pupils, particularly our most vulnerable. As Hastings has been recognised as an ‘Opportunity Area’, the academy is pivotal in ensuring our children receive the best start in life, no matter what their background.

Ark Blacklands Primary Academy is Hastings' fastest-improving primary school.
