What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a teacher who:
- Is passionate about teaching in a special needs setting
- Has experience of working with students with SLD, PMLD, complex needs and autism, or a particular interest in working in these areas
- Will inspire students to learn
- Has outstanding communication and teamwork skills
- Is creative, innovative and dynamic
- Is committed to excellence
- Has the vision, skills and energy to provide the best opportunity for every child within our school

Class teachers are expected to teach across the subject range so we are interested in hearing from primary school teachers as well as secondary teachers with an interest in SEN. This role is suitable for ECTs as we provide full ECF support.
