Class Teacher job summary
The Governing Body of Stonehouse Park Federation are seeking to appoint and experienced job shared teacher for a 0.6 contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Park Junior School and further develop your career. The successful candidates will be prepared to work hard and respond positively to the challenges of day to day school life and will be committed to supporting children to achieve the very best they can through an engaging, creative curriculum. You will be part of a driven, dedicated and supportive staff team and your job share partner will also work 3 days a week enabling a very effective handover.
This post is initially temporary to cover staff member’s maternity until December 2022 and could be combined with some regular supply work for an interested candidate.

• Will be able to enthuse and motivate children using a variety of ways so that all children can access their learning and become independent learners
• Shows an excellent understanding of assessment and how to use it to inform the next steps of learning
• Is a reflective practitioner who is able to adapt and improve their own practice
• Is a team player who has strong interpersonal skills
• Has a good understanding and awareness of SEND and is able to use a range of strategies to support all children’s needs
