What skills and experience we're looking for
To teach a mixed year 3/4 class, working constructively as a member of staff within the whole school team. To promote the ethos and values of our school, including our Christian Distinctiveness as a Church of England School. To plan, teach, monitor, assess and evaluate the school curriculum and the progress and attainment of our children. To share in the corporate responsibility for the well-being and individual needs of all pupils.

What the school offers its staff
Kensworth CE Academy is a Primary School which has mixed aged classes. Our children range from Aged 3 to 11 and largely come from the catchment of Kensworth Village. We have wonderful children and supportive parents and a real ‘team’ culture of support and kindness. Kensworth CE Academy is part of the Diocese of St Albans Multi-Academy Trust and benefits from being part of a family of schools that value working together to provide the best educational and pastoral provision for our children.
