Twydall Primary School is a vibrant and inclusive primary school dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for our pupils. We are seeking a passionate and qualified teacher who will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to pupils at our school. You will foster a positive classroom environment and collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the overall success of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of the children
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Promote a love of learning
- Assess and monitor pupil progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong classroom management skills
- Outstanding classroom practice and a commitment to ensuring the best possible outcomes for children
- Have a passion for inclusion and an understanding of a range of behaviours and needs
- Able to use own initiative, creativity and innovative ideas to motivate and inspire children
- Ability to establish positive working relationships with colleagues, parents/carers and children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to continuous professional development
