What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who will:
- Be an inspiring, highly skilled classroom practitioner with high expectations of all pupils
- Have a sound understanding of primary pedagogy
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Understand the rigors of the National Curriculum (2014)
- Focus clearly on the drive to lift all pupil attainment
- Promote positively SMSC and British Values
- Have a good understanding of the teaching of Phonics
- Have experience of using a variety of assessment strategies, assessment data to ensure all pupils make at the good progress
- Have experience of teaching across KS2

The children, staff and governors of Coit Primary School are looking to appoint an outstanding teacher for a KS2 class. This would be a significant opportunity to become part of our one form entry primary school for the right candidate.
