    Further details about the role

Would you like to be a part of our exciting journey as two schools develop our partnership as the first federation in Ealing? This provides a much greater range of professional opportunities for all colleagues, and we pride ourselves on developing staff resulting in high levels of staff retention.

Under a federation, the schools involved remain individual schools, but are led by an executive headteacher and one governing board. There are also heads of school at each school. Teachers work together across the schools with planning and resourcing which significantly supports management of their workload.
