Further details about the role
Would you like to be a part of our exciting journey as two schools develop our partnership as the first federation in Ealing? This provides a much greater range of professional opportunities for all colleagues, and we pride ourselves on developing staff resulting in high levels of staff retention.
Under a federation, the schools involved remain individual schools, but are led by an executive headteacher and one governing board. There are also heads of school at each school. Whilst you will be placed in a class at one school you will have a dual contract providing an opportunity to work across both schools in the future, if you wish, allowing for an increased level of opportunities for development. Teachers work together across the schools with planning and resourcing which significantly supports management of their workload.
Both schools are two-form entry schools in the heart of Southall, a vibrant and diverse community in West London. Our children are highly motivated to learn and relish the rich experiences our enhanced curriculum provides.

Our organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults. We expect all staff, volunteers and trustees to share this commitment.
