What skills and experience we're looking for
Ideal Candidate
- A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or in the process of obtaining it.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative approach to working with colleagues, pupils, and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
- Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to support their learning journey.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop a rich and stimulating curriculum.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and friendship.
- Participate in professional development opportunities and engage fully with your induction programme.
