Ideal Candidate

  • A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or in the process of obtaining it.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a love of learning in young children.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A collaborative approach to working with colleagues, pupils, and parents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback to support their learning journey.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop a rich and stimulating curriculum.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and friendship.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities and engage fully with your induction programme.
