We are keen to hear from teachers who have experience of leading an area of school, or wish to develop their career in this post. You will need to have excellent subject knowledge of the primary English curriculum and a keen interest in reading. As the successful candidate you will initially teach in KS2, and experience of Upper Key Stage is desirable. You will have responsibility for leading English with a key focus on reading throughout our school.
