About this Role

The successful candidate will:

Be a creative and inspirational teacher, facilitating lessons which are engaging to the children

Care passionately about the progress and well-being of all children within their class

Have an excellent understanding of the curriculum, planning and teaching to meet the different needs of all pupils

Be an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills

Hold high expectations for all pupils and the ability to motivate children and colleagues

Can offer enriched and inspiring learning opportunities for all children

Can maintain a dynamic and supportive learning environment

You will be expected to use ICT in a fully integrated way as a tool to support planning, teaching and assessment

Understand that outdoor learning is an important part of our curriculum

Help to promote the Christian ethos of the school.
