What skills and experience we're looking for

Roman Hill Primary is a large primary school at the heart of the town of Lowestoft in Suffolk. We are currently on a journey to transform our school and are seeking a passionate, gifted teacher to join our dedicated team. We have high aspirations for our pupils and provide a range of opportunities to enrich their life experiences. We are proud that we provide a highly caring and nurturing environment for our pupils and families.

The successful candidate is likely to be working within Key Stage 2.

You will:

• be an excellent teacher with high expectations of pupils’ learning, progress and behaviour
• be self-motivated, enthusiastic and effective, with the ability to inspire pupils
• deliver high quality learning opportunities for all children
• support pupils through a Trauma-Informed approach to teaching and learning
• possess understanding and experience of restorative practice
• be wholly dedicated to safeguarding pupils.
