If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join Beer CofE Primary School, part of St Christopher's Multi Academy Trust. This position is being offered on a permanent contract for 2 days per week (Thursday & Friday - there may be the option for a third day for the right candidate). You will also be expected to be on-site fortnightly for your PPA cover on a Wednesday afternoon to allow you to liaise with your job share.
We are looking for someone who can facilitate an engaging, motivating and inspiring continuous provision and develop a curriculum, rooted in first-hand experiences: making the most of the school and local environment in order achieve the best learning outcomes for all pupils. You will be a dynamic, creative practitioner who is skilled at challenging all pupils, whatever their starting points, using your strong EYFS pedagogical practice and philosophy along with effective use of assessment. You will be experienced at collaborating with others and working in positive and proactive ways to drive high expectations and support overall school improvement.
