Belleville Primary School is seeking excellent classroom teachers to join our strong and highly motivated team.

Belleville Primary is a large, outstanding, popular primary school, with over 900 children on two sites (Webb's Road and Meteor Street), close to Clapham Common in South London. We offer a high quality, well-resourced and carefully structured, broad and balanced provision. We have a strong, daily focus on the core subject areas of reading, writing and maths, and employ specialist teachers for particular subjects.

We are part of the Quality First Education Trust, a growing multi-academy trust with four south London primary schools (The Alton School, Belleville Primary, Belleville Wix Academy and Churchfields Primary), as well as Teaching School and Maths Hub designations. We have opportunities across our Trust.

This is an exciting time for us and we want the best people to join us as we grow. We pride ourselves on putting the quality of teaching and teachers at the very centre of what we do. We seek to recruit the very best candidates whether they are experienced or new to the profession.

Most teachers start in September but opportunities do arise at different points in the year.

To find the best teachers, we keep recruitment open all year and we review applications as we receive them. Your early application is encouraged.

Staff wellbeing is very important to us. We provide clear structures, excellent resources and outstanding professional development for our staff. All teachers new to the Trust receive pre-induction training before starting in post.
